Offering the best possible care to our residents comes first at Hill Top. I work closely with all departments to insure that every resident is well cared for.
Quality Assessment and Assurance Program, which I coordinate, is an on-going program designed to systematically and objectively monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of resident care, pursue opportunities to improve resident care and resolve identified problems.
As the Infection Control Coordinator, I develop prevention, surveillance, and control measures to protect residents and personnel from infections. I also provide education to staff, residents, and families related to infection prevention and control.
I also work closely with our staff members promoting education and safety. In the Staff Development position, I do orientation for new staff and work to ensure all of our staff members are current with the latest updates and mandates in our industry. I also act as Safety Director, promoting and ensuring that our staff members work in the safest manner possible
