We are here for the resident and the family from admission into the nursing home to possible discharge out of the nursing home, offering reassurance and comfort throughout a resident’s stay at Hill Top. Moving into new surroundings and coping with the many changes occurring at this time is not always easy. Our Social Services Department concentrates on welcoming a new resident and his/her family to the home, with comfort and satisfaction as our main focus. We are involved in providing a caring, loving, therapeutic environment. The Social Services Department is under the direction of a Social Services Designee with supervisory assistance by a Licensed Social Worker.
